Years ago, when I built this company, in 2004, I had many tough decisions to make. Like, what kind of service would I will provide, Cut rate or quality? Who would work for me, minimum wage temps or certified professionals? I tried to put myself in your shoes and ask what type of service would I want to pay for. I knew that if it were me, I would appreciate an honest company that delivered quality, not sales speak. A company that is trustworthy and worked every day to provide the very best service in the city and outperformed its competitors.
I Chose to build a professional service that focused on pleasing those who paid for its service. A company that not only myself but you would also be proud of. Proud enough to tell your friends about, proud enough to call us again. I made a promise to myself, never to sacrifice excellence or cut corners to make a buck. Our prices reflect the commitment, time and materials it takes to be the best. In the end nobody remembers price, but nobody can forget excellence.
When you pay for quality I understand that you are going to expect certain things in return. You are going to ask us to deliver on our promises. You are going to expect us to answer your calls whenever you have questions or concerns, you’re going to expect us to solve issues in a timely manner. And above all, you are going to expect “knock your socks off” service and to be treated fair and with respect.
It is no secret that I would love nothing more than the opportunity to prove our commitment to you. Are we the cheapest? Probably not. Are we the best? I want you to judge for yourself and experience the VIVID difference first hand. I am not asking you to sign a lengthy contract. I’m asking for an opportunity to prove our worth. You have my word that we will do everything we can to make you happy with whatever maintenance you might ask us to perform.
I would like to thank you for taking this time to learn about Vivid Maintenance and I appreciate your interest. If you would like a personal consultation, please call and ask for me by name, I would be honored.
